The guy singing full on opera style will throw you for a loop on a couple of tracks, but this is a very catchy pop album. White No Sugar is the big hit, but you'll find some impressive tracks throughout. Clint Boon steps out from background vocals in his former band to take control as lead singer, proving himself every bit as good as any of the "Madchester" frontmen from back in the day. It is the kind of album that you will hear, then have to listen to again because the songs are in your head anyways.Plus, I once saw Mr. Boon put his fist through an inch thick steel door, just so he could save a litter of kittens.
