The item was received with adequate packaging and no physical damage. It also arrived within the time frame that was quoted. No need to have two mirrors as this replaces the other mirror. When the cover is taken off in the morning, you can feel the warmth and the two of them are on the bed near the mirror. Before we added this heated mirror, they were far apart from each other. It is easy to install and clean. The price is average and the quality seems to be very good. I would recommend this item for any one that has a small to average cage.
