This extra-wide towel warmer looks great and heats towels very nicely. It feels very solidly built and mounting on the wall went smoothly. The Brushed finish works very well with our Moen Brushed Nickel bathroom fixtures. It has plenty of room for 2 or 3 bath towels, but takes less wall space than the two side-by-side Moen towel bars it replaced.One really nice feature of the Heatgene towel warmers is that they come pre-wired for use as a plug in, but the parts for converting to hard-wired installation are also included. We chose the hard-wired installation option and paired this with a Honeywell RPLS730B1000/U RPLS730B1000 7-Day Programmable Switch Timer.We have only had this installed and operational for about a week, but are really enjoying having warm towels after showering. We leave it on for a few hours afterwards to dry the towels. I’m really looking forward to using this to keep the towels nicely dried out after use during the humid summer months.Really like this warmer. It’s wide enough for two or almost three large bath towels. I do wish it had an on/off switch though. We plug it in at night before we go to bed and close the bathroom door and the entire bathroom is warm in the morning, which is nice for the cold Alaska mornings. Installation was easy, it’s very sturdy, and I’d definitely recommend it if you are looking for a large towel warmer.I have been looking for a towel warmer for my master bedroom. I wanted a towel warmers that is wide enough to fit in two big towels easily but not too tall/high. Most of the warmers on market are narrow and tall. I had been looking for a long while until I found this one. It is perfect! The customer service was great too.Produkt looks and feels solid. Installation is straight forward and has to be done very exact with little room for error. I connected it to a timing module turning in on in the morning.Great product! This is my second purchase. Must have one in every bathroom!Looked great - ended up installing another size thoEasy to set up and works well.Hot but not at hot as I would have expected. There are better options and unless you’vea dark bathroom it looks like a prison card on a white wall. So we returned for a water filled radiator.
