I gave you 2 stars because if you turn the temperature as high as it will then it takes over one hour to melt the Green DOP wax. I did not attempt to melt the Red DOP wax because this wax requires a higher temperature to melt. If you are melting candle or bees wax it will work but it is not practical of Green DOP wax. Not happy with it but I already used and cannot scrape the Green wax out of the unit.it. I may still return it because Green DOP wax melts at around 180 degree F!
