Worked fine on a 2014 Ram 1500 5.7 liter. Good fit. Loosen starter to install. Routed cord to passenger side front. There are a few helpful YouTube videos out there.I've been a mechanic for 15 years and this was one of the easiest parts I've ever installed. It literally took me ten minutes and that included the following: It was a warm afternoon, 75 degrees or so. I was in my abode lifting weights, listen g to heavy metal and drinking beaver's milk with a touch of *badger milk*. When all of a sudden I heard a wrapping at my door. I thought to myself, self? Who could this be wrapping at my door. Could it be terrorists (cops)? No it couldn't be they don't have the testes. An old high school pal? Nay, they couldn't get through the gate. Ups maybe? Yes, that's who's beating on my door. So if finished my curls and made way to the door. Upon opening the door I realized that I had in fact ordered my parts from Amazon. So I picked up the package and opened it with my sword and out to the world in a Manly roar that manly events would ensure shortly. I made my way forthwith to the garage to get my maintenance weapons. Upon reaching my trusty steed I realised I had loaned my lifting device to an acquaintance. No problem though, still had some Baker milk in my system. I wriggled my giant masculine body under my Ram and benchpressed it onto the stands. After the ram was lifted I removed the two starter bolts installed the heater reinstalled the starter and was done. Once finished I made my way to the front yard ripped my shirt off, yelled to the top of my lungs, extraordinary mane glistening in the sun and let the world know that testosterone is permiating through the air. *badger milk is very potent. It's genetic make up makes it very unstable when mixed with Beaver milk, so start with small amounts and let your body adjust. Too much too soon will overload your body with tester one.Installed in my 2019 Ram 1500 Classic. Perfect fit. Instal wasn’t too bad. You have to loosen the starter to get this in. Google it. I have it set on a timer so my engine is toasty in the morning. Depending on the outside temps, my engine coolant is usually around 120 degrees (according to dash display) when I start it after this heater has been on a couple hours. I plan to have my truck forever. This helps reduce engine wear from cold starts.Just what I needed for my 2012 1500 Hemi. Genuine Mopar Part. Install was a breeze, Location is rear of the block right behind the starter. 2 bolts to remove the starter and you can slide it into place. Torque down the bracket screw, re install starter and the 2 bolts, route cable, Done!
