This water heater is selling these units and they know they don’t work. Amazon is helping them! I’ve received 2 units neither worked and the company was unapologetic about it, They know their product is faulty but still allowed to sell on Amazon. Unreal! They also know that customers spend a min of $1000 to install and can’t return after that without spending more to uninstall. Such a scam.
