The heater came in with a screw loose and moving around inside the unit, I got it. Installed it and it has a knob on the front of unit for fan speed but I can not tell any difference between low speed and high speed. It put out about as much heat as my 15 discount store 12 v window defrost heater. Not worth the extra money that I paid for this unit.
