Operation is fine but beware this item is for a "Reconditioned" heater which is why I gave it 3 stars. NOTE the other reviews indicates they has issues with lighting the pilot light. You need to press down on the button in the pilot position and hold down until you purge the air. Then release and press down again and it will start.
