Everything is great with the heater. Works good and looks good!The only thing that I don't really like is the remote control. It doesn't let you know what is going on.This is a quality heater that is very easy to set up. The remote control works perfectly it is easy to understand. Obviously, it’s not a real fire but for an electric heater, it’s very charming. Great heater output! If you need a little heater, this is the one you should get.Excellent heat output. I love that the heat comes from the bottom of the fireplace. Warms the room from the floor up. Easy to use especially with the remote control. Pretty piece of furniture. Will buy another one for our bedroom. In the summer I can shut the heat off and just have those beautiful dancing flames.Great heater, it doesn’t come with a remote. It’s light and easy to move from room to room and keeps them very warm.Fits the space I have perfectly and heats the area really goodTo keep a room warm when neededJust received this product. Zero damage to the box, all packaging within the box did not show any signs of hard hits or damage. The item itself came with one cracked hinge on the door and the other hinge was completely broken off of the door. The thermostat dial was not installed and did not come with the product. VERY POOR inspection prior to shipping. The heater works fine but the motor that runs the flame imitation is loud. The remote works so I guess that is a plus. Overall rating 1 star. It is clear that there was NO shipping damage and that this product was packaged broken from the company. Buyer beware.
