My 2007 Taurus' vents weren't producing any heat. I needed a replacement XF1H-19E616-CA blender door actuator (manual operation, not climate control). I did a cross reference and this part number came up. I installed it, and it works. It seems like the vents aren't blowing as full hot as they used to -- but I don't know if that's a coincidence or not. Installing this wasn't easy, even though it's just four bolts... reaching them is VERY hard. The job ended up taking me about 3 hours. I have an floor stick shift instead of a steering wheel shifter, and I had to pull out the radio to more easily reach the bolts. After it's installed, this unit clicks for a little while when you first use it as it calibrates. Will see how long it lasts, but for now, I'm good. Anyway, the Ford dealership wanted over $1100 to replace this, so overall I'm very happy.
