Space Elevator is a new band put together by song writing partners David Young (guitar) and the Duchess (vocals). They have enlisted the services of three great players to bring the new album to life. Neil Murray, bass (Whitesnake / Gary Moore/Black Sabbath/Brian May) Elliott Ware, Keyboards (The Who, Alice Cooper, We Will Rock You) and in demand rock session drummer Brian Greene.

This is a proper album reminiscent of the late 70s and early 80s where the emphasis is on the quality of the music rather than the look of the band. Shades of ABBA, Heart and perhaps Rainbow and Led Zeppelin. The voice of the Duchess is easily comparable to Ann Wilson at her most potent! This is a must have album and for me it's easily the best of the year!
