I ordered based on the picture which is not what i received. It is a manual control, not automatic. I was replacing an old one, which is the same as the picture. I installed it before realizing my mistake. The company I dealt with, not Amazon, will not let me return it because i installed it. So be ware, make sure you are ordering the right one. I have had my old Empire ventless heater for 20 years, they are very good heaters. I have not problem with Empire, just the dealer I dealt with. They were deceptive in their discription.
