Gives off a lot of heat for 1500 watts. Warms the room fast. Looks like a expensive heater and we’ll made. Easy to use. Easy to work we’re needed. Gives off a nice red glow of warmth. I like it.I really liked the size and how easy/straight forward it was to install. The size is perfect, not too heavy or bulky which made the installation process that much easier. Overall works really great and we are really happy with this purchase.I ordered this as a part of a small deck remodel. When contractor was ready to put up, found that this junk did not work.It was past the return window so money wasted.I wish I had gotten a portable indoor/outdoor heater so I could use it in more than one place, but this is less obtrusive than a standing patio heater, so that is a plus. Does a good job in my small outdoor space and the remote control is a necessity since the heater isn't easily reached while mounted. Very compact. One of the listing picture shows this infrared heater being used indoors. This is really an outdoor heater. The only instance I can think of using it indoors might be a garage. It puts out a lot of heat. This is a wall-mounted heater. You will find some similar options which come with a stand, but this one must be wall-mounted. It comes with a remote for easy operation. This heater is made in China and being sold by Chinese company on Amazon.I picked up this heater because we live in an older farmhouse and the rooms are not equally heated and cooled by the central air system. Most of this is likely attributed to the fact there are two add on sections to the house since the original construction and there is only one return air.The unit is well built and seems to be made of quality materials. It installs easily on the wall as it comes with all of the necessary hardware. I actually used toggle bolts because our walls are plaster and lathe so I wanted some insurance they were properly snugged up and would not pull out.The remote works well even from across the room. Each of the three heat levels get to temperature quickly and maintain even heat. Because it is variable temperature you can set it to your comfort level and forget it. Plus, it is somewhat adjustable once mounted to make sure you get it just to your liking. The best thing about this unit is you don't have to take up floor space and worry about pets or children knocking it over or tripping on it.I’m so excited this heater came up for review through the vine program. Our new porch is unheated and today was the first day we’ve been able to enjoy it, the outside temp was around 50 and our porch reached 62 degrees while running this heater, Space saving easy install ,my husband had it up in less than five minutes. One drawback is it didn’t shut off when we set the timer, tried a few times but the only way to turn it off was with the button on left side of unit. This isn’t a deal breaker for us because it’s installed within reach, luckily we didn’t mount it to the ceiling. The remote appears to work only to adjust the 3 temperature settings. Description claims the unit will shut off on its own when reaching a certain temp. I haven’t gotten to this point yet since were still in the cold season but will be keeping an eye on it.I have a passion for pottery and I have my pottery wheel is set up in our garage. Even though the garage is semi-conditioned, this isn't sufficient when spending a few hours in the garage during the winter. I've used a space heater to warm-up my work area, but this only goes so far. This electric patio heater works wonderfully in 'showering' me with warmth, yet not so much that it dries out clay I'm working with on the wheel. Now I can continue to follow my passion in pottery without having to give up any time on the wheel because of mother nature.I know this would work just as great on your patio to knock off the chill of spring or fall. I highly recommend!
