I needed an extra source of heat for my home office. I don't necessarily want to heat the whole room, just me and maybe my feet. This seemed just the right size to put on my side table or the floor near my feet. It is powerful for its size and blows hot air immediately. It is not noisy and seems stable. I have had it for over a year and use it all winter long. The swivel function is great for moving the air around and can warm anyone within 5-10 feet.It has a low and high setting and might have just a no-heat fan function, but I am too lazy to go look. At any rate, I love this little heater (if one can ‘love’ a mechanical object). It would work great for any area. In fact, the room I use it in is 20 x 10 and it can heat up most of the room. It would be great for a cold bath room—used safely of course.It is stable on the corner of my table and or a wide shelf where I store it. It has never toppled over even when the desk is slightly bumped.Of all the portable space heaters I have bought (and there have been many), this is the best by far.
