We don't recommend this. Because it will affect the longevity of the product. Can this shower be used in high elevation? Yes, but for areas above 2,000 feet, suggest checking if there is sufficient gas and water supply. PS: For every 1,000 feet in elevation, the efficiency of the water heater will decrease by 10% Can the unit be used with natural gas? No, It only works with LPG (liquid propane gas). What size connectors are gas, cold and hot water? The gas regulator is pre-installed. The water Inlet and outlet are both 1/2'' G thread size. Can the handle be removed to mount on a flat surface? It had to mount vertically to exhaust gases properly.

I am not one to take the time to typically write reviews. However, this water heater unit has served us incredibly well this past season and I felt compelled to share my opinion!Having hot water at our remote camp site was always in the long term goals. I hadn’t seen mini on demand water heaters before, but when I found out about them and researched options, Camplux rose to the top. I installed the unit in minutes and had trouble free hot water - it was awesome!After using it all season with zero issues, I accidentally damaged the unit. This is what drove me to write a review.
