I ordered this for a Halloween costume and it is so cute. It looks just like the photo and the sparkle factor does not disappoint. I was hesitant about sizing, so I ordered a 6 and an 8. The 8 fit perfect, which is my normal pant size. So, while there is a little bit of stretch, I would say just order your normal size. I also saw some people say the skirt is noisy lol. It does have a little bit of a raincoat-like sound when you take it out of the package but it does not really make any noise once you have it on. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and would order again!I bought this skirt on a whim for a Halloween costume despite having now reviews. Honestly for the price it’s really good! The fringe is a little bit long then the skirt so it’s not too revealing. My only complaint would be that the fabric the actual skirt is made of it kind of cheap.
