Ordered this outside heater to warm a small bar/kitchen in the backyard. It stated it warmed a 5' radius. More like a 12" radius. You had to have your hands directly in front of it to feel any heat. Since we weren't feeling the heat, I wanted to return it. It took so long! First they wanted pictures. (I sent them.) They finally sent 50% refund stating they would send the rest once the returned product (they had received) was inspected. Even that took longer than it should have. Then they sent only partial (charged me for restocking) on the final. They stated they had inspected it and it worked. Yes, it did. Only it didn't do it's job. A heater is suppose to heat. All in all, this was a horrible experience. The only thing that got hot was me under the collar. Let me just say, the restocking fee for changing your mind or not liking the color, I get. BUT when the product doesn't do what it is suppose to do, I didn't feel I should have to pay a dime!
