I installed three of these water heaters, one on each bathroom sink. I hated running the water for a few minutes to get hot water from my traditional hot water tank heater. Now I turn on the hot water with medium flow and get hand washing warm water is 5 seconds. Turn on the water, get some liquid soap on your hands and when you get your hands under the faucet the water will be warm.The plumbing connections are super easy as the hoses that you will need have rubber gaskets making a leak proof connection easy. You most likely will need some longer hoses then you have now, as you need to re-route the incoming water to the bottom connection of the heater and the top connection to the sink. The longer length is needed to make small loops in the hose. (See photo)You will also need an outlet under the sink to plug into. GFI needed. Installation best left up to a professional electrician and should be factored into your budget.
