This is a great heater. Put it together my my own tools as the ones that come with it are lacking at best. Went together easily, lighted quickly and puts our a LOT of heat. Only downside and hence my 4 stars is that it doesn't have wheels for moving. This means you have to carry it by the pole/neck and I see that breaking loose at some point after it has been exposed to the weather. Other than that the rest is a a 5 star.Came with a missing part. Took over 1.5 months to receive missing part. Was difficult to light and thought it was broken. Finally got it to light and seems to be working fine now. I ended up purchasing another heat lamp at Menards while waiting for the missing part. The heat lamp from Menards is better than this one. Also I asked to return originally when part was missing and was informed would have to return directly to China and pay for shipping - the replacement part came from California....Gave it to my brother for his garage since he doesn't like to have ppl inside with the Covid scare. He was happy because a kerosene heater leaves a residue on everything and this is propane so it burns cleaner. Note, he has a 2 story garage. I believe it throws some heat. Honestly, I didn't want to put it together so I gave it away. Very sturdy feeling.I cannot tell you if the product is good or not. I assembled it according to the directions, but it does not work. No gas is getting to the burner and the ignition switch isn't clicking. I called the help line provided and had to leave a message. I called again the next day and the mailbox was full. I sent an email and did not get a response. I called a 3rd day and had to leave another message.I hope their actually is a help desk and that they will return my call so I don't have to return such a large item.Good Heat output and warmth. Took a little while to assemble but directions were clear and understandable. Perfect for deck in chilly weather !
